Karamba error?

i was installing karamba and i got this error thought maybe someone could help me out

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

do you have kdelibs installed?

The ebuild whould install it automaticly though... Maybe you have kde-base/kdelibs in /etc/portage/package.provided?
