xen install package download

Hi, I wanted to use xen on my pc, but had problems, so I decided to install like described here:

my problem now is, the download doesn't work and if anyone of you had possibly already downloaded this file, so I could get it therefrom.

unfortunately i don't have an email-address to contact the autor himself. Please help me. Thanks in advance
