|
|
Installing with 1.1a, following install.txt exactly.
/dev/hda1 100MB ext2
/dev/hda2 300MB swap
/dev/hda3 2.6GB XFS
I mkswap, mke2fs, mkfs.xfs, okay. swapon, mkdir, mount, mkdir, mount. okay.
# mount /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 /mnt/cdrom -o ro -t iso9660
and the system locks with the message: "HDD lost interrupt."
This machine, identical config, has run freebsd, win9x, win2k. Any idea what I should be trying? The only thing I can think of is to play musical chairs with my IDE channels/devices.
