X problems on xbox - solved

I got to the bottom of the issues I've been having getting the xpad to work with the current xbox-sources...



Checking the CVS at xbox-linux, seems mouse emulation was removed but is now replaced - I guess xbox-sources needs an update:)

I'm going to do as the CVS recommends and use joymouse.

I was just wondering if you managed to get lirc to work?

I tried to emerge it today and it has a syntax error. My xBox joystick works perfectly once I downloaded the xorg.conf from xbox-linux CVS, however, my Versapoint FR keyboard/mouse combo is a different story. The keyboard works great but the mouse is having big problems, although it works fine on my 2.6 kernel desktop...
