Errors With qt

Ive tried to emerge kde, gaim, and other programs that emerge qt with it, but every time it gets to the qt part, i get error and it stops emerging. My CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS are "-march=athlon-xp -mcpu=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe" and my USE is "png dvd cdr qt kde -gnome -gtk" Help me please. I cant finish emerging KDE, gaim, evoluion and tons of other stuff with this going on!

Hello again. I would try either commenting out CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS entirely or switching them to "-march=i686 -mcpu=i686" and emerging again. This usually fixes failed emerges for me.
