Is there anyway to limit the bandwidth utilization during a fetch?
I didn't find anything in the wget doc's, so it's unlikely, but I thought I'd open the question up.
This function would be helpful for those of us discretely downloading at work, we still need to perform other tasks online.
Thanks, Mike _________________ Mike

Well, if wget doesn't support throttling (which I don't think it does), you could use another download agent and specify it in your /etc/make.globals. Or, you could use iptables for throttling (I think...), which would be another solution. |
