Sorry to make a new thread but...

Remember the GoboGentoo thread? The one where was discussed a new directory sturcture who was actually meaningful - at least in some's opinion...

Well, before knowing of that thread... I had started an implementation of that. Which actually - to some extent, mind you - works. Yes, I will need testers and help coding. But for the time being, it's my diploma project.

and the "hacked" portage will be publicly available in less than a month.

Discuss the ingeniuity of the project - or its futileness, hell i don't care

WHAT IS LEFT TO DO :
- Is there a directory structure creator?
- Manually bind-mount things like /dev, /etc and so forth.
- Many things to do even before anything.
- Make a distribution out of this.

Remember, dudes, this is a community effort. I might even put a paypal online if it's THAT much direly needed. Don't forget I'm going to quebec's University, as in USA College education grade, this september. I have a job, and I won't work full-time on GBP. I have to pay them studies, ya know?
