try to patch out the scheduler patches nitro just inserted. they are only for intel processors |

yes, look for a broken out directory with all patches they inserted and reverse the scheduler patches(?nicksched) |

Hi!
First of all, i'd appreciate if people would post support requests into the official nitro-thread
in UnsupportedSoftware Forum.
This will enssure that the Mods do not get more unnecessary work and that i (and all the users who might possibly have encountered same error and maybe
even posted a solution in the nitro thread) will actually read it and try to help.
Now, to get less official:
Ensure that you have Power Management enabled in your kernel config, and deselect all suspend options (SWSUSP as well as swsusp2)
Also i would like to point out that nitro is not being tested NOR supported for 64bit platforms. Its a 50/50,
If you need a 100% working kernel for AMD64 or ia64 please use a kernel supported by gentoo devs. Nitro sources
is a community work.
