apache 1.3, php 4.3.1, ming, gd, mysql, xml, calendar, ftp?

I searched the forums for anything about php and apache, but I didn't find a thread about emerging apache with php with support for Ming, gd, etc. How can I do this at once, or do I need to compile all by hand?
