Ok, I cd into ~/.transgaming/c_drive/Program FilesWarcraft III and then I type "winex -winver winxp War3.exe -opengl -nosplash"
and nothing happens. When I try the same with "Warcraft III.exe" Nothing happens except for an invisible version of what I'm guessing is the war 3 splash screen. Yes, I do have the subscription version of winex.

sorry, i meant to type "-winver winxp" (that is, i forgot to type it in the post above thought it is fixed now. However, I was typing it on the command line and it still doesn't work).

Hmmm. I thought maybe it might be the winxp thing. So I tried it with -winver win98 and now it tells me this:
Code:
fixme:win32:PE_CreateModule Security directory ignored
then it sits there...
