i try this

but it didnt work.
i try same with all versions and the patch, but i have always the same error.
when i want install grub and the mbr .
grub> root (hd0,5)

Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0x83

Someone know an already package whick work ?

Uhmm! A fearless boy. Why would you want to put reiser4 in your boot partition?
This should work: http://people.debian.org/~cavok/grub+reiser4/
Really, its only a way to make your system a very unstable one, that, of course, is you manage to find any working version of grub with reiser4 support.
/boot is normally a very small partition, and does not need reiser4 nor journalling, nor any other complex feature to be properly working. I personally preffer to know that boot partition will always work, anyway and of course, the final decission is only yours.[/url] |

I had exactly the same error the first time I attempted to install Gentoo. The simple solution is change the boot partition to ext2. i do that that, i delete my swap partition, and make another boot partition,, but the problem now is,
the reiser4 patch witch i apply on gentoo-dev-2-6-11-r4 semmes doesnt work i try nitro this night. |

i didnt see that in log file
