I have just emerged the new portage and I had to update the /etc/make.conf file.
because of an dumb action of me I have to use the 'old' make.conf file that I backed up.
could anyone give me the 'original' new make.conf file?
because now I can't use --pretend anymore and when I want to emerge something it just does an emerge sync and then stops (this problem is solved already) |

You had a white color tag around some text which made it unreadable. Removed that, hope you don't mind.
As for make.conf, you should be able to get it from untaring the source file. Just be sure to untar it into a temporary directory.
