I dont really know why, but after the last emerge rsync, here's what an emerge -up world give me:

Code:

[root:/home/yanos] > emerge -up world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies ...done!

As you can see, it's no less than a huge downgrade of alot of packages, including portage itself. what gives?

It wants to emerge 2.0.46-r9 which is definately older than the current stable portage (-r12). My guess is that you somehow hit a mirror that was woefully out of date (like seriously so). I would wait a bit then emerge rsync again cause you definately got a bad sync.
