The specification of this mobile are:
Quote:

The MPx200 houses a 200 MHz Intel PXA240 microprocessor, together with 32 MB of SDRAM and 32 MB of ROM. The handset measures 3.5 (H) x 1.9 (W) x 1.1 (D) inches and weighs in at 4.0 ounces. It includes an SD Card/MultiMedia Card slot that can accept up to 1 GB of external memory, which can be used to store 500 high-quality photos or about 16 music albums with room to spare.

The handset's USB interface connects the unit directly to a desktop PC or notebook. Alternatively, the user has the option of using the device's IrDA interface to make an infrared connection to another computer.

What about Pda or Pocket Pc ?

Thanks for your attention.

Maybe. You would probably have to port packages to it. You would need to do a bit of work getting a minimal version of gentoo, that will run and still mean a usable phone. Remember that it might mean you cant use it as a phone anymore- AFAIK- there is not the support for it anyway.
You can certainly get versions of Linux to run on Pocket PC or Palm PDA's, like ucLinux and Familiar - but again, I really would not want to try it on a smartphone - A pjone will need a lot of manufacturer specific stuff to run, and a user modifiable OS may just not be able to get onto the cell network.
In short - probably not!
