|
|
Every time I close a tab with Mozilla 1.0RC3, I get a popup with something from the page it was displaying...could not be found. For example, from closing a StorageReview.com tab:
Window title: Alert
(window with exclamation point)
Window text: "right now the p4b's are very expensive, although they are faster than an Athlon in most cases, the higher costs put them out of the budget for alot of people ... could not be found. Please check the name and try again."
Huh?
Also, the middle mouse button is extremely irritating in both Konqueror and Mozilla when pressed on anything but a link. (try it)

Middle mouse button is "paste" under *nix, so when you middle-click the tab it tries to go to the URL that's in your clipboard. Try closing the tab with the X in the right, right-clicking the tab and choosing Close, or pressing Ctrl-W. |

This is a known bug and already in the bugzilla database... they are currently discussing wheter to disable this function by default. _________________ Do you want your posessions identified? [ynq] (n) |

Which one? The middle-click-anywhere-other-than-link one? If so, may I have the bugzilla bug number or link? Thanks. ! _________________ The greatest deeds are still undone, the greatest songs are still unsung... |
