Hello there,

I remember having used some Linux distro that had to do with the Qt project and it ran on my E-105/125 (MIPS processor). You had to have a CF card of at least 64 Mb to put the image on and then you had to use a small CE app to launch Linux. It worked great at the time.

I found this: http://www.hacksrus.com/~mike/lince/lince-mips.htm (NOTE (28-Oct-01): These pages are no longer being maintained, and much of the info is 1-2 years out of date.) and this: http://doc.trolltech.com/3.0/emb-casestudy.html

If anyone is working on something, I´d love to hear from them so I can test.

Cheers,

Robert

You might find some information on the Linux/MIPS and Linux VR sites:

The buildroot utility on µClibc/µClinux sites might be useful too, as that will give you a stage 1 tarball with portage from which you can emerge a (slightly kludged) Gentoo system.
