I'm getting a Duex XP mp 302 mp3 player this week,
this is a usb removable drive and mp3 player in one.
But I don't know what to enable in the kernel to use that sort of things, I don't even know the real names of those drives .. sometimes they're called pendrives or thumbdrives .. couldn't find anything anout those on google (for Linux kernels )
I think it's something with USB (duh) removable drives and maybe scsi emulations .,, does anybody have experience with those things ? |

i have 2 different usb storage devices. a mmc card reader for my camera and an archos fm jukebox mp3player which doubles as a 20GB usb hard drive.
they both use the usb-storage module and show up under /dev/sda1 which I mount under /usbdrive
mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /usbdrive
hope this helps. _________________ Aircraft Mechanics Motto:
