I am trying to install my server s/w for a SliMP3 player. It explicitly states that it requires >= perl 5.6. I installed Gentoo a few weeks back and along with it perl 5.6.1. When I run rpm -Uvh SliMP3-.... etc etc I get the following message... error: failed dependencies perl >= 5.6 is needed by SliMP3-3.0-1 /bin/sh is needed by SliMP3-3.0-1 etc etc Any ideas thanks
