ERROR:Dev-Java/Blackdown-jre-1.4.1 Failed. --SOLVED.

I ran command:

emerge gnome

And after many hours of compilation it stopped with couple of
last lines like this:
j2re-1.4.1-01-linux-sparc-gcc3.2.bin

I'm new on Gentoo/Linux (others are HPUX (so far my favourite) and Irix6.5 (rather new fellowship)), so I don't have a clue to solve this out.

Solution was:

emerge glibc --update

That was quite annoying problem, because version of glibc came with
Gentoo Universal Install CD 2004.2 Stage3, had problem with chown
symbolic link.
