Kernel Module Problem

I have two kernels compiled

2.4.19-gentoo-r7 (old) and 2.4.19-gentoo-r10 (new)

I have the upgraded kernel working but any kernel modules I compile when booted into the new kernel (video, sound, etc) are getting built for 2.4.19-gentoo-r7

uname -r returns 2.4.19-gentoo-r10 so I don't know why they are getting built against the old kernel...

Check to see if /usr/src/linux is a symbolic link to linux-2.4.19-gentoo-r7, if so change it to r10 and then rebuild the modules.
