I want to use the current vanilla-sources because I use a Promise 20276, but I can't compile the kernel with devfs support. It didn't give me the option to enable it with "menuconfig", so I edited the .config file. When compiling it stops with serveral errors during the devfs parts...
Any idea?  |

Sorry, I should have read the FAQ before asking. 
I just had to enable "prompt for incomplete drivers" during config.
Maybe the admin could delete this thread. |
