I just install Vmware the other day.. runs great, but i seem to get getting a small problem.. I have a Geforce 3 and i'm using the Nvidia's drivers and Nvidia's GLX... But for some reason is not detecting the DRI.. and will only give me 256 Colors... And ideas how i can get this working with my nvidia drivewers.. X and KDE all work great.. and with opengl as well...

You have to install the vmware tools package. It comes with vmware-workstation.
