Greetings,
Finally got an nVidia card to improve my machine. 
emerged nvidia-kernel and nvidia-glx and everything works quite well.
To verify proper installation I ran glxgears to find ~720 frames per second.
Is this a reasonable score for this card with a K6-III 475 (196Mb)?
Is there anything I can do to improve the render performance?

| I have a P3 @ 840, 196 MB RAM, with a Geforce 2 MX, so a pretty close setup to you. I just got 727 frames/sec so I'd say you're right on! |
