It used to be among the items at the top of the page. Is there a new way to see if Gentoo supports a particular package?

Try doing
| Code: |
emerge -s 'package or description' |
See "man portage" for a little more info. Also you might temporally change your " ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" " to ....="~x86" in /etc/make.conf in case what youre hunting for is considered untested. Then change it back unless you want to be "bleedin edge". To see the difference do "emerge -up world" before and after.

There is some server shuffling going on. This might by what happened to the information your looking for. I'm not certain when the shuffling is going to be complete. _________________ Safety is my gaol.

Is this what you are looking for?
It's in the left menu bar under "Resources". _________________ Fredrik |
