What to install next

Hi guys

Ok I have my box all setup, it has an x server running fluxbox. Everything is working including the sound w0000t, and I have tested the UT2003 demo, which runs better than on windows for sure.

Anyway, what next?????????????

I need a utility for administering user/groups etc, and a file browser much like konqueror, but I dont want kde, any ideas???

Any other kewl progs you know off, let me know.
