Is EGCS faster than GCC? If so, how reliable is it? Could it be used to build an entire Gentoo system? GCC works great but it's damn slow!

That's a blast from the past. What was EGCS became GCC at around 2.8, as I recall. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder
