g'day,
how does one go about creating a user account to the net?
I have given all the necessary permissions to user, including access to /dev/tts/LT0 but still when trying to wvdial in as a normal user i get the message
"cannot open dev/tts/LT0.device or resource busy".
can someone tell me why?

duhhh!!! i only gave user read rights to /dev/tts/LT0. once i'd given write permish. all was well
