| i emerged the gaim cvs, and i dont have sound. i understand that it is a cvs so it bound to have some problems, but i was wondering if anyone else got it to work. hows about it? |

| If you are using ALSA choose to use a COMMAND in the sound config window, put aplay %s in the box. |

| I had the same problem and adding esd as a USE vairiable in make.conf seemed to do the trick. I'm not sure why though since enlightenment wasn't merged at all. gaim is configured to use esd by default. |
