Spam Assassin stopped working

I use fetchmail to download my mail from an IMAP server and them use spamassassin as the mda. the old 2.31-r3 ebuild worked fine. but the new 2.41-r1 dosent seem to work. It just leaves the mail on the server. I re emerged the old one and it is working again.
my .fetchmail rc looks like this:

Same thing happened to me except I have procmail send stuff to spam assassin and it no longer is doing it's fighting spam powers.
