cd/iso with most common tgz files?

just a thought, but it would be pretty nice for modem users, and people who want to install gentoo on many computers, or even people who have limited/no network support if there was a CD or an ISO that contains the most commonly used versions of the tar.gz files for ebuilds.

this way, you can just mount the cd to /usr/portage/distfiles...and viola, no need to download A LOT of them

maybe even just the ones for a base system would be nice so you can have a networkless install?

I think this would easy to do and be quite convenient.
