i run UT for the first time and i get this:

worked fine on my last two gentoo installs. i had to use the installer on a mandrake box and copy over the /usr/local/games/ut dir to my gentoo box since the installer couldnt init my cd drive.
it's worked for me perfectly til this new install. dunno what's going on. i even did:
| Code: | | chmod -R 777 /usr/local/games/ut |
so that my non-priv user can run the game (as ive always done). anyone know what's going on?
