anyone having running a rcs'ed version of nano ?
I like to have rcs within nano.
furthermore i like to add this to the editors in kde as well

Nano is designed to be an ultra-lightweight text editor -- it would seem like adding rcs/cvs to that would defeat the purpose.
Did you try searching Google?
