Hi!!
Planing to buy a new Graphic-card and wounder if anyone could give me some advise! Have heard that Nvidias chips is compatible with linux and i wounder if that includes all manufacters that makes graphiccards with Nvidias chips. Wanna have TV-out enabled and good fps in Counter-Strike
Anyone who could give me some good tip?!

These are the two major players of high end video with Linux support from what I have heard and read. They are both a mixed bag with driver support, NVidia has good drivers but they require kernel patching etc.. and some people dislike their license stance. Ati has problems too... If I recall Ati's All-in-Wonders have good input/output options (and I think I may get one soon for a homemade Tivo since some come ith RCA outputs).
Any experts using a new board?
