perhaps the unanswered post should be deleted after 3/4months?
7571 is a long list to go, just answered on that was 6 months old. What a waste of time (and resources).

I don't think that's necessary, after all, there are over a million posts in these forums and they have not been deleted.

Geezzz... ok... i guess that it makes some sort of sense to answer a six month post... even if the person no longer uses gentoo or as found a solution on their own.
