13W3 to HD15 connector how-to and pinout

Just thought I would throw this up since I couldn't find any info from web searches for the pinout for this adaptor cable. This should help those that need an adaptor and just can't wait for one in the mail but have an old cable laying around.

This is the pinout for an adapter to take the output from a Sun Sparc video card that uses the 13W3 female connector and connect it to your standard Multisync monitor. The following is the pin number for the 13W3 connector followed by the HD15 pin it connects to as well as it's function.

13W3_______= HD15
A1 center pin_= 1____Red
A1 shield____ = 6____Red return
A2 center pin_= 2____Grn
A2 shield____ = 7____Grn return
A3 center pin_= 3____Blu
A3 shield____ = 8____Blu return

And remember to connect the shells through the shield of the outer cable.
