OK, this is weird. If I do a 'emerge -s ExtUtils-MakeMaker', I get:

Code:

Searching...
[ Results for search key : ExtUtils-MakeMaker ]
[ Applications found : 1 ]

*  dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker
      Latest version available: 6.05
      Latest version installed: 6.05
      Homepage: http://cpan.valueclick.com/modules/by-module/ExtUtils/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.05.readme
      Description: MakeMaker Perl Module

Now, when I do 'emerge -up --deep world', I get:

Code:

These are the packages that I would merge, in order.

Calculating world dependencies ...done!

[ebuild    U ] dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.03-r1

So, it's wanting to update my package with an older one! If I actually try to do the 'emerge -u ExtUtils-MakeMaker', I get:

Code:

Calculating dependencies ...done!

 * GNU info directory index is up-to-date.

I can't get rid of this in my emerge -up world output. Huh?
