This is a heads-up that I intend to mark subject package stable for sparc
tomorrow, April 16. This version appears to run fine for sparc, and the
current stable version (6.5.9-r1) is no longer supported by the
http://www.lam-mpi.org people.

HOWEVER, if you are using lam-mpi and choose to upgrade, it is almost
certain that every lam-mpi application will have to be rebuilt, because the
versions are not object compatible.
