nfs over tcp patch for ppc?

I am new to ppc linux, and I was wondering where I could find / emerge a nfs over tcp kernel patch?
I have looked through the kernel.org stuff, but can't find one (the people directory is rather not conducive to me finding things), and I have searched google.com/linux with no luck.

If you want to know why I need nfs over tcp, search, you will find that my switch sucks when it comes to udp packets
