compaq remote insight board driver, rpm only?

i've installed gentoo-linux on a compaq proliant dl360 everything works well and i'm now trying to support the remote insight board (rib) out of linux.

compaq provides all sorts of linux-drivers for a small group of linux distros:

...and most of them are rpm! is there any possibility to use such an rpm on and get the driver to work on gentoo-linux?

does anyone know if i can find drivers such as cpqhealth or cpqrib anywhere else? i've searched for them, but it seems there aren't no gpl-drivers for those compaq-products...
