This package seems to be a addon to the Kcontrol panel. But it installs for kde2 and I dont have a kcontrol panel for kde2, just kde3. Is there anyway to use this package in its current state? _________________ "I have great faith in fools;

I did the same thing you did, tried to download kcmpreftpd, but alas the plugin was for kde2... so for me it is pretty fscking useless.
I have another question to add to this thread... what the heck are you supposed to put in the
/etc/conf.d/pure-ftpd
file? I told it to start pureftpd at startup, but upon booting it tells me i have to configure that file first. I've been searching around, but I still am not sure what is supposed to go there ... I mean I know it is some configuration stuff, but what?
Thanks |

# gunzip /usr/share/doc/pure-ftpd-1.0.11-r1/*.gz
# more /usr/share/doc/pure-ftpd-1.0.11-r1/README.*
